1) Who can enter?
Entry is only open to participants in the Ipsos iSay Soccer Trivia Draw aged 16 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom and active Ipsos iSay members on or before December 18, 2022.
The prize draw is not open to employees of Ipsos UK, its subsidiaries and affiliates and suppliers or their immediate family.
2) How do I enter?
Every eligible participant in the Ipsos iSay Trivia draw who:
• submits at least one Soccer Trivia Answer; and/or
• emails [email protected] using the subject line “Soccer Draw 2022” and requests the 5 Soccer Trivia questions, once you receive the 5 questions reply your answers to [email protected] prior to December 17, 2022;
will be automatically given one (1) entry into this prize draw.
No other action is required and no purchase or payment is required.
3) Can I have more than one entry?
No. Only one (1) entry will be given to each eligible participant.
4) What is the prize?
1 (one) prize will be awarded to 1 (one) winner in the form of a 100 EURO Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®.
No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by Ipsos UK.
Ipsos UK reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
5) What is the closing date for entries?
You must have participated in these Soccer Trivia questions by midnight on 17th December 2022 for online entries or for email replies.
6) How will the winner be selected?
Winners will be selected by a random draw from all entries which will be witnessed by an observer independent of the project team conducting the draw. The draw will be conducted no later than 10 working days after the closing date.
7) How and when will the prize be sent to the winner?
Prizes will be sent by email sent to the email address held on record for the winning participant.
To help ensure the winning participant should expect delivery, we will also notify the winner by email sent to the email address supplied by the participant, or by a telephone call using the telephone number supplied by the participant, as appropriate. Prizes will be sent no later than 14 days after the draw takes place.
8) How can I find out who won the prize?
For a list of prize winners submit a written request to [email protected] using the subject line “Winner’s list Soccer Trivia 2022” no later than one year after the Close Date December 18, 2022.
9) Will I still be entered if my survey is not received?
Sorry, no. Ipsos UK does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, miss-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible survey questionnaire submissions. Nor can we be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the submission of survey questionnaires that would otherwise result in an entry into this prize draw.
Ipsos UK also accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the member that may result in the inability of Ipsos UK to contact that participant.

This prize draw is being organised by Ipsos Interactive Services Limited, Registered Number 3903040, whose registered office is situated at 3 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW, United Kingdom.
11) What laws, conditions and rules apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions?
These rules are governed by English law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
To the extent permitted by law, Ipsos UK shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses, (including indirect, consequential or incidental losses, costs or damages) howsoever caused, arising out of your participation or completion of the survey under these Terms and Conditions.
The survey website may provide links to other websites or online resources. Because Ipsos UK has no control over such sites and resources Ipsos UK cannot accept any responsibility or liability for those sites or resources. Ipsos UK cannot guarantee the availability of such external sites or resources, nor does Ipsos UK endorse any content, advertising, products, cookies, website tags or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
You acknowledge and agree that Ipsos UK, subject to any statutory limitations by law, shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
