Black Friday Draw

Entry into this draw is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) Who is running this prize draw?

This free prize draw is being organized by Ipsos Interactive Services Limited, whose registered office is situated at 3 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW, United Kingdom (“IIS ”).

By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2) Who is eligible to enter this prize draw?

The prize draw is open to all active Ipsos iSay panel members, aged 16 or over residing in the United Kingdom. Parental consent and/or adult accompaniment may be required to claim the prize and/or fulfill these terms and conditions for panel members under the age of 18.

The prize draw is not open to employees of IIS, its subsidiaries, parent, affiliates, and suppliers, or their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children).

3) What is the Draw period?

The prize draw starts on 14 November 2023, at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on 28 November 2023 at 12:00 p.m. GMT.

4) How do I enter?

Go to Ipsos iSay Facebook (post link) and answer the question within the comment’s section to earn one entry into the Black Friday draw during the contest period. Regardless of the number of comments one person may insert in the comments’ section, only one entry for the prize draw will be granted to one person that inserts comments. If you’re not an Ipsos iSay member, you can register before the closing date 28 November 2023 at 12:00 p.m. GMT in order to be able to comment on the Ipsos iSay Facebook question and become eligible to participate in the Draw.

No purchase or payment is required.

5) What is the prize?

1 (one) prize will be awarded to 1 (one) winner, from all participating countries: DK, FR, DE, HU, PL, NL, NO, RO, SE, CH and GB. in the form of a 50 EUR The Global Gift Card .

The chances of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries.

There will be no cash alternative to prizes.

No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by IIS.

IIS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

6) How will the winner be selected?

Winners will be determined by a random draw from all eligible comments using https://commentpicker.com/, which will be witnessed by an observer-independent of the research team conducting the draw that will conclude a minutes of the draw process.

This draw will be conducted within 10 working days of the closing date stated above.

7) How will the winner be notified?

Winners will be notified within 10 working days of the date of the draw by a reply and a tag of the winner on the panelist’s comment made on the Facebook post. The winner will then be required to send Ipsos a private Facebook message and Ipsos iSay will reply with the steps necessary to be performed for the prize to be redeemed. To claim the prize, the winner will need to send an e-mail to Ipsos iSay, from their registered Ipsos iSay e-mail address, with the subject line “Black Friday Draw” and mentioning their name.

All prizes need to be confirmed by e-mail, the winner must reply to the private Facebook message within 10 working days from the date Ipsos sent them the private Facebook message, to claim the prize. If no response is obtained within 10 working days from the date Ipsos sent them the private Facebook message , the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. There will be 3 alternate drawing(s) after which the prize(s) will remain un-awarded. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.

Prizes will be sent by e-mail within 10 working days after we receive the e-mail from the winner that is registered as an Ipsos iSay member.

8) Who is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details used to contact winners?

Each participant is responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. IIS is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the participant that may result in the inability of IIS to contact that participant or to deliver the prize to a winner.

9) Use of your personal information for this prize draw:

IIS will use your email address and name, you provide in your Ipsos iSay membership account, for the sole purpose of contacting you should win the prize draw. Personal data used for the purpose of the prize draw will not be given to any third party unless such transfer is necessary for IIS to fulfil its obligations under these terms and conditions (e.g., post the prizes) or to comply with legal requirements.

The prize, name, and town in which the winners reside will also be published on the Ipsos iSay website. Further participating to this prize draw and/or accepting the prize, and based on express consent, the winner may authorize IIS to use his/her last name, first name, and town as part of any promotional event associated with the competition, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed. Names and geographical locations will also be used in notifications of winning entries sent to participants who request details of the prize winner.

10) Liability

IIS is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, miss-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages, or posts; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; online failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting, or corrupting the prize draw in any manner.

11) What laws apply to this free prize draw?

These rules will be governed by English law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts .
